New Screen‑free access to online information

The easiest post office ever — powered by AI.

Paste a web page, type a message, and WebbLetter prints, stamps, and mails a real letter or info pack. Every letter carries a short code the recipient can dial from any phone to get AI‑powered help, without ever touching a screen.

From web ➝ letter ➝ phone‑AI Designed for caregivers, EHS‑sensitive folks, seniors, and anyone who still loves paper.

From URL to mailbox in four simple steps.

WebbLetter is a digital‑to‑paper network. You start online; your reader never has to be. Behind the scenes, AI does the heavy lifting while a human “postmaster” handles the envelope.

1

Start with a link or a letter

Paste a web page, upload a PDF, or just write your own note. Choose whether you want a short summary, a full article packet, or a product/info sheet.

  • Support for URLs, docs, and free‑form letters.
  • Reading levels for plain‑language versions.
2

AI polishes & prepares for print

WebbLetter’s AI cleans up formatting, fixes spelling and grammar, and designs a clean, accessible layout on standard 8½×11 paper, with larger fonts if needed.

  • Safe AI‑generated illustrations by default.
  • Official product images only from trusted sources.
3

Printed, stamped, and mailed

A human postmaster reviews your packet, prints it, folds it, and sends it with real postage. Each letter has your return address, just like traditional mail.

  • Transparent pricing: print, postage, postmaster fee.
  • Local print routing as we grow to cut carbon and transit time.
4

Paper that talks back

Every WebbLetter includes a short code and phone number. Recipients call from any phone, enter the code, and speak with an AI assistant that understands that exact letter.

  • Explain the letter in simpler terms, step by step.
  • Ask follow‑up questions or request more information by mail.

Phone‑first accounts

A reader can create a WebbLetter account entirely by phone: just their name, mailing address, and a PIN. No email, no apps, no passwords to remember.

  • Screen‑free signup for seniors and low‑tech users.
  • Future calls can recall past letters and preferences.

End‑to‑end AI assistance

The same AI that helped compose your packet can help readers act on it: planning projects, generating materials lists, or preparing letters to officials—all delivered on paper.

  • Perfect for research, health guidance, or advocacy packs.
  • Builds a paper trail without forcing anyone online.

Designed for people who aren’t living in their inbox.

WebbLetter began with a single EHS‑sensitive customer calling from a landline. She couldn’t sit in a Wi‑Fi library, but she still needed the same information everyone else reads online. We realized she’s not alone.

Caregivers & family

Send real letters in a couple of clicks.

Paste links, write updates, or send appointment prep info to parents and grandparents who prefer paper—and give them a phone number they can call if they’re confused.

Researchers, activists & practitioners

Paper collaboration without losing the AI.

Share print‑ready packets with colleagues, elected officials, or clients. Each packet is paired with an AI session that can unpack methods, summarize arguments, or help draft follow‑up letters—then send those on paper, too.

EHS & screen‑sensitive communities

Information without the EMF and eyestrain.

For people limiting screen time or avoiding Wi‑Fi, WebbLetter delivers the web in a safer, more comfortable form: ink on paper plus an optional landline call.

Electromagnetic hypersensitivity Low‑vision friendly layouts Low‑tech households
Civic & community use

Mail your officials, not just your followers.

Use pre‑built templates to customize physical letters to local, state, or national representatives. WebbLetter handles addresses, printing, and mailing, so your advocacy doesn’t get stuck inside a comment thread.

Template‑driven campaigns Verified senders Paper trail by design

Paper is still trusted. AI just makes it practical.

Direct mail is still a multi‑billion‑dollar channel because people open envelopes they can hold. WebbLetter doesn’t try to replace that—it makes it radically easier and more intelligent, without turning readers into app users.

  • AI handles summarization, simplification, and personalization.
  • A real postmaster handles quality, privacy, and physical mail.
  • Readers stay in their comfort zone: mailbox + phone.

Local printing, less waste, better fit.

As WebbLetter grows, we route jobs to regional print partners so documents are printed and mailed close to where they’re delivered. That cuts carbon, speeds up delivery, and keeps printing on‑demand—no pallets of unused brochures.

  • On‑demand only—no junk‑mail style blasting.
  • Local printers, local postmarks, local jobs.
  • Clear return addresses so senders stay accountable.

Questions you might have.

WebbLetter is new, but the building blocks are familiar: letters, phone calls, and a postmaster. Here’s how it works in practice.

How safe is the content you send?

Every WebbLetter is generated or reviewed by AI and then spot‑checked by a human postmaster before it’s printed. By default, senders can’t upload arbitrary images; illustrations are created by the AI within strict safety guidelines. Product images come only from official sources or your own verified materials.

Do recipients need the internet or a smartphone?

No. Recipients just need a mailing address and a phone. They receive a physical WebbLetter with a code printed at the top. If they want help or more info, they dial the phone number, punch in the code, and speak with the AI assistant about that specific letter.

Who’s responsible for the return address?

Senders provide their own return address, just like traditional mail. Our terms of service make it clear that using an inaccurate or misleading return address may be unlawful and is solely the sender’s responsibility.

What does WebbLetter cost?

Pricing will be simple and transparent: a base fee that covers printing and the envelope, current postal rates for postage, and a small postmaster fee for handling and AI processing. No monthly minimum is required for casual senders; power users and organizations can opt into bundle plans.

Can this be used for political or advocacy campaigns?

Yes—with guardrails. WebbLetter is a neutral tool that can help citizens and organizations send paper letters to elected officials or agencies. We support template‑driven campaigns and mass mailings, but all content must comply with our safety and conduct policies and the laws of the regions involved.

When will WebbLetter be available?

We’re currently building the core platform with a small group of early partners in the EHS and accessibility communities. Join the waitlist to be among the first to send WebbLetters when we open wider access.
